We recommend reserving in advance to ensure availability, especially for special dates like baby showers or family gatherings.

How long is the rental period?

Your rental period depends on the plan you choose at checkout.

Can I extend the rental period?

When will I receive my Terna kit?

Your rental officially begins on the day the kit is delivered to the address you provide at checkout.

Can I rent Terna in another country?

Are there any shipping or return costs?

No.

All logistics costs — including delivery and return — are covered in your rental plan.

How do I return the kit after my rental period ends?

We’ll email you a prepaid return label. Just pack the kit as instructed and drop it off at a USPS or UPS location — no additional charge.

What if I lose the return label?

Please contact us and we’ll send you a new one right away.

If I return the device using my own shipping method, will I be reimbursed?

Unfortunately, we can only cover return shipping if the prepaid label we provide is used.

Other methods are not reimbursable.

In which cases can I request a refund?

We offer a Worry-Free Guarantee if the following conditions are met:

• You contacted our team during your rental period for help with image quality;

• You used Terna between weeks 10 and 34 of pregnancy;

• You haven’t yet returned the kit;

• You sent your videos to our customer support team;

• You used Terna at three different times of day, following our instructions;

• Our support team confirms that images could not be interpreted.

If all conditions are met and you’re still not satisfied, we’ll process a refund once the product is returned.

How do I start using the device?
